These Membership Agreement Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in the Cryonix Labs membership association (“Association”). By accessing the website or engaging with materials made available through Cryonix Labs, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a unincorporated non-for-profit organisation and agree to these terms.

ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATION

Cryonix Labs operates as a non-government, unincorporated, non-profit organisation.

Access to certain areas of the website and community resources is provided within the context of this membership association.

By entering the website or engaging with Association resources, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are interacting within a private membership community.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Membership participation provides access to the educational materials, informational resources, and community discussions made available through Cryonix Labs.

Cryonix Labs reserves the right to approve, restrict, suspend, or revoke membership access where necessary to maintain the integrity and purpose of the Association.

Participation in the Association does not create any ownership, partnership, or employment relationship between members and Cryonix Labs.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Members agree to engage responsibly within the Association and to respect the purpose and community standards of Cryonix Labs.

Members agree not to misuse information or resources provided through the Association or engage in conduct that may disrupt the operation or integrity of the community.

Cryonix Labs reserves the right to moderate participation and remove access where conduct is inconsistent with the Association’s purpose.

INDEPENDENCE OF MEMBERS

Members participate in the Association as independent individuals.

Cryonix Labs does not control or direct how members interpret or apply information made available through the Association.

Members remain solely responsible for their own actions and decisions.

ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATION

​

Cryonix Labs is administered by its founders and appointed administrators who oversee the operation of the Association and the management of its educational resources.

Administrative decisions relating to the operation of the Association, including membership access and community management, are made at the discretion of the Association administrators.

AMENDMENTS

​

Cryonix Labs may update or modify these Membership Terms as necessary to reflect operational, legal, or administrative changes.

The current version will always be published on the website.

Continued participation in the Association following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
