Shipping Policy – Cyronix Labs
This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by Cyronix Labs.
Order Processing
Cyronix Labs aims to process and dispatch orders on the same business day or the following business day wherever reasonably possible. During periods of elevated demand, promotional events, or operational constraints, processing times may be extended. Cyronix Labs reserves the right to adjust fulfilment timeframes where necessary to maintain operational integrity and quality control.
Due to the specialised nature of these research materials and their sourcing requirements, fulfilment may occasionally be dependent on incoming supply schedules. Where delays occur as a result of supply chain timing, these are outside the direct control of Cyronix Labs. Selected shipping methods (Standard or Express) apply once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Timeframes
Cyronix Labs currently offers the following domestic shipping options:
Express Shipping – $15
Estimated delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Standard Shipping – $10
Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the postal or courier provider and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, public holidays, and other external factors.
Tracking and Delivery Responsibility
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the nominated postal or courier service. Cyronix Labs is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or disruption caused by third-party carriers.
Address Accuracy
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Cyronix Labs is not liable for delays, misdelivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns Policy
Due to the specialised nature of the research materials supplied by Cyronix Labs, all sales are considered final once an order has been dispatched. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances outside the control of Cyronix Labs.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, Cyronix Labs must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Notification must include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon review, Cyronix Labs may, at its discretion:
• Provide a replacement product, or
• Issue a refund for the affected item
Cyronix Labs reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns
Where a return is approved:
• The item must remain unopened and in its original condition, unless the issue relates to a verified product defect
• Returns must not be sent without prior written approval from Cyronix Labs
• Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed

Shipping Costs for Approved Returns
Unless otherwise agreed, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Cyronix Labs is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be provided where:
• The incorrect product was selected by the purchaser
• The purchaser changes their mind
• The delivery address provided was incomplete or incorrect
• Delivery delays occur outside the control of Cyronix Labs
• The product has been opened, altered, or handled improperly
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
