How do I join the Cryonix Partner Program?
Complete the application form on our website. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive access to your Partner Dashboard, referral link and personal referral code.

Who can apply?
Anyone can apply. You don't need to be an influencer or have thousands of followers. We welcome fitness enthusiasts, coaches, health professionals, business owners, content creators and existing customers who are passionate about sharing Cryonix.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the Cryonix Partner Program is completely free.

How do I earn commission?
Once approved, you'll receive a unique referral link and personalised discount code. Every qualifying purchase made using your link or code earns you commission.

Do I earn commission on my own orders?
No. Your personal partner discount is for your own purchases only and is not eligible for affiliate commission.

How much commission will I earn?
All partners begin on our standard 10% commission tier. As your referred sales grow, you'll unlock higher commission rates of up to 20%.

Does my community receive a discount?
Yes. Every partner receives a personalised discount code that gives their community 10% off eligible purchases.

What is my personal partner discount?
Every approved partner receives an exclusive personal discount to use on their own purchases.

Can my friends or family use my personal discount?
No. Your personal partner discount is for your own purchases only.
Friends, family and customers should always use your public referral link or referral code so you receive commission.

When do I get paid?
Approved commissions are paid weekly using your selected payment method.

How can I track my referrals?
Your partner dashboard gives you access to real-time reporting, including clicks, sales, commissions, payouts and performance.

How do I move up the commission tiers?
As your total referred sales increase, you'll become eligible for higher commission tiers and additional partner rewards. This is reviewed on the 1st of every month in a 90-day rolling cycle.

What happens when I reach a new level?
Your commission rate, partner benefits and personal discount (where applicable) will automatically be updated.

Can I move down a level?
If your referred sales fall below your current level for an extended period, your partner level may be reviewed.

Can I share both my referral link and discount code?
Either works.
Your referral link is perfect for websites, social media and direct messages, while your referral code is ideal for customers who prefer entering a code during checkout.

Do I need a certain number of followers?
No. We review every application individually and look for people who genuinely align with the Cryonix brand. Having an engaged audience can help, but it isn't a requirement.

Can I advertise Cryonix using paid ads?
Please contact us before running paid advertising campaigns using the Cryonix brand.

Can I use the Cryonix logo and product images?
Yes. Approved marketing materials are available inside your Partner Dashboard.

Are there any promotional guidelines?
Yes. Partners must represent Cryonix professionally and avoid making misleading or unapproved claims about our products.

Can I change my referral code?
In many cases, yes. Contact us if you'd like to request a different referral code.

What happens if a customer forgets to use my referral code?
If they used your referral link, the referral is usually tracked automatically.
If neither your referral link nor referral code was used, we may not be able to attribute the sale. Encourage customers to use your referral link whenever possible to ensure you receive credit.

Can I refer someone to become a Cryonix Partner?
Yes.
If you know someone who would make a great Cryonix Partner, you can invite them to apply.
Eligible partners may receive additional rewards when the partners they introduce successfully grow within the program.
