Partner Program

By applying to and participating in the Cryonix Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Cryonix Partner Program is subject to approval. Cryonix reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or terminate any partner account at its sole discretion.

2. Commissions

Partners earn commission on eligible purchases made through their unique referral link or public referral code. Commission rates are determined by your current partner level and are subject to change in accordance with the Partner Program.

​

3. Personal Partner Discount

All approved partners receive a personal partner discount for use on their own purchases.

This discount is strictly for personal use and must not be shared, promoted or distributed to customers, friends or family.

Purchases made using a personal partner discount are not eligible to earn affiliate commission.

Cryonix reserves the right to remove or suspend personal partner discounts if misuse is identified.

4. Referral Codes & Links

To receive commission, customers must purchase using your referral link or your public referral code.

Cryonix is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed due to incorrect or missing referral tracking.

5. Partner Levels

Partner levels are based on referred sales over a rolling 90-day period.

Levels are reviewed on the first business day of each month.

Partners who meet the required sales thresholds may be promoted to the next level and receive the associated benefits.

If a partner no longer meets the requirements of their current level over an extended period, Cryonix reserves the right to review and adjust their partner level accordingly.

6. Complimentary Product Rewards

Selected partner levels may receive complimentary product rewards.

Reward eligibility, product selection and frequency are determined solely by Cryonix and may change at any time without notice.

Complimentary products cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or redeemed for store credit.

7. Community Leader Rewards

Community Leader Rewards recognise partners who introduce new members to the Cryonix Partner Program.

Partners may earn additional rewards on eligible sales generated by approved partners they have referred, in accordance with the current Community Leader Reward structure.

Community Leader Rewards are only payable on eligible sales and do not replace or affect the direct partner's commission.

Cryonix reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Community Leader Rewards at any time.

Community Leader Rewards are intended to encourage genuine community growth and mentorship. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit the program, including spam, misleading recruitment or fraudulent activity, may result in the removal of rewards, suspension or termination from the Partner Program.

8. Payments

Approved commissions are paid monthly using the payment method selected within your Partner Dashboard.

Cryonix reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions relating to refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or disputed orders.

9. Marketing & Brand Use

Partners must represent Cryonix professionally and honestly at all times.

Partners must not:

• Make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims.

• Misrepresent Cryonix products or the Partner Program.

• Engage in spam, deceptive advertising or unethical promotional practices.

• Use Cryonix trademarks, branding or intellectual property in a way that may damage the reputation of the brand.

Cryonix reserves the right to request the removal of any content that does not align with brand guidelines.

10. Compliance

Partners are responsible for ensuring their marketing activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations and advertising requirements within their country or region.

11. Account Termination

Cryonix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account without notice where these Terms & Conditions have been breached or where activity is considered fraudulent, abusive or damaging to the Cryonix brand.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or non-compliant activity may be forfeited.

12. Changes to the Program

Cryonix may update or modify the Partner Program, commission structure, partner levels, rewards or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Partner Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
